 We’d
like to invite you to join us at Esalen—a natural hot spring
oasis overlooking the Pacific Ocean, nestled into the cliff’s
of Big Sur California—to celebrate Yoga and Beyond. On retreat,
Melina will be our guide through Seasonal Vinyasa fall yogic practices
that emphasize the importance of sequencing and being in alignment
with nature. Tamara
will lead a group ritual for the Autumn Equinox as well as offer
one-on-one psychic readings and healings to deepen your perspective
into life's journey on retreat and beyond. Benjamin, Esalen’s
lead farmer, will share his knowledge and insights about organic
gardening and permaculture, a design science that pulls from natural
patterns and promotes mutually beneficial relationships with our
dynamic ecosystems.
 For
the past five decades, Esalen has been a nurturing community that
has been dedicated to promoting greater self-awareness and the human
potential movement. The landscape of Esalen reinforces its mission
in that it helps to inspire deeper connections within. In your free
time, enjoy the spacious lawns, swimming pool, mineral baths, massage
treatments, clean air, pulsing sea, garden paths, and stargazing,
just to mention a few ways to fall back into balance while on retreat.
Included in your retreat are:
5 nights accommodation
Daily meditation and two Seasonal Vinyasa yoga classes/day
30-minute psychic readings and healings
Special Autumn Equinox Full Moon Ritual Class for aligning with
your deep intuition.
Permaculture classes
Use of the mineral baths
Access to Esalen’s farm and gardens
Delicious organic buffet meals

Bunk house (space limited to 4 women) $1250 ($1180 if registered
