These luxurious weekend retreats are the perfect place to restore your sense of wellness and connect to the beauty of nature.

While on retreat, I’ll be offering a variety of classes to help you feel grounded and relaxed in your journey into the autumn season. You can expect unique workshops and Hatha yoga practices to build strength, balance and agility. Yin Yoga will help you increase your flexibility, enhance the circulation in the body, and quiet your mind to prepare for meditation. Ayurveda and seasonal yoga insights will be offered to connect you to the rhythms of nature and the seasons of life.

Sleeping Lady is a beautiful, secluded retreat center situation on 70-acres of meadow and forest lands along Icicle Creek Canyon in the Cascade Mountains. Deluxe rooms, gorgeous and well-heated practice space, gourmet food, and a spa/hot tub make Sleeping Lady one of our favorite Washington retreat centers.

Sleeping Lady is approximately three hours from Seattle.
Buffet style meals are served on retreat.
