Yoga with Weights

Join me on the mat with your weights or resistance bands for six unique classes to help you build and maintain strength. See prop list below.

Week 1: Yoga Sequence with Weights – Full Body
Week 2: Yoga Sequence with Weights – Upper Body
Week 3: Yoga Sequence with Weights – Balance and Core
Week 4: Yoga Sequencing with Weights – Legs/Back
Week 5: Yoga Sequence with Weights – With Chair
Week 6: Yoga Sequence with Weights – Full Body

Register and join me livestream, or watch the recordings another time. Everyone registered will receive a recording of the class on Mondays after our session.

1) Register for class using the Add to Cart Button
2) Secure your props. If possible, visit a store that sells weights to pick a set that suits you.
Hand weights (1-5 pound range)
Ankle weights (1-5 pound range)
Resistance strap
