How this 13 week program works:
1) Participants will receive a schedule of what wellness practice to do each week (September–December 1, 2020) and additional handouts to help you keep track of your progress.
2) We will meet as a group on Zoom eight times over the course of 13 weeks to check in, learn more about the weekly practice, and connect to others as a way to stay motivated. Sessions will be recorded in case you can’t attend the meetings (times listed below).
3) Over the course of 13 weeks, you can email Melina between sessions if you have questions about the suggested practice or need a little extra support to get through your weekly practice.
