Whether you are a returning participant or new to these adventures, I’m confident you’ll fall in love with the location and community experience. These luxurious weekend retreats are the perfect place to restore your sense of wellness and connect to the beauty of nature.

While on retreat, I’ll be offering  a variety of classes to help you feel grounded and relaxed in your journey into the autumn season. You can expect unique workshops and Hatha yoga practices to build strength, balance and agility. Yin Yoga will help you increase your flexibility, enhance the circulation in the body, and quiet your mind to prepare for meditation. Ayurveda and seasonal yoga insights will be offered to connect you to the rhythms of nature and the seasons of life.

In addition to the seasonal yoga classes, you’ll enjoy gourmet meals created with the freshest local ingredients and served buffet style in the company of other like-minded yogis. Leavenworth is a feast for the senses and the perfect place to recharge your physical, emotional, and spiritual batteries.

The weekend retreat will begin at 4:00pm on Friday, 11/1 with a yoga asana practice and end on Sunday, 11/3 with breakfast.

Sleeping Lady is a beautiful, secluded retreat center situation on 70-acres of meadow and forest lands along Icicle Creek Canyon in the Cascade Mountains. Deluxe rooms, gorgeous and well-heated practice space, gourmet food, and a spa/hot tub make Sleeping Lady one of our favorite Washington retreat centers. The rooms feature mountain views, porches, down comforters, private bathrooms, heated towel racks, and plenty of privacy for a perfect self-care weekend.

CANCELLATION BY REGISTRANT: In the event that a registrant needs to cancel for any reason, no refund is possible unless I can sell your spot. If, I am able to fill your spot with another participant, your total payment (minus $100 will be refunded).

CANCELLATION BY Melina Meza, LLC: In the event that the program has to be cancelled or postponed to a later date for any reason, your registration and deposits/payments made to the rescheduled program will be transferred to another retreat or refunded.
