    Melina Meza’s Seasonal Health and Wellness is a brilliant and beautiful new book that combines Ayurvedic wisdom with asana sequences and other approachable and affordable self care practices that are organized around the seasons of the year so you can do it right along with her! It’s packed full of her sumptuous photos, each one worthy of a frame. I love the wire binding that makes it easy to leave it open to the week you are on- you can enjoy the photo and review the offerings for that week. It’s a real treasure that I highly recommend.
