Yin Yoga – The Four Directions

Please join me Tuesdays in May 4:00-5:15pm PST, for the Yin Yoga and Poetry series focused on the Four Directions: East, South, West, and North. We’ll dive deep into one direction a week and discover the wisdom each has to offer us in these modern times. The Four Directions are full of treasures that inspire greater harmony with nature, ourselves, and the world in which we live in. Yin-inspired poses are suggested to support the work of cultivating unyielding presence, compassion, and curiosity in your body, mind and spirit. I hope you can make it for the live stream sessions as we move into another month sheltered at home!

Yin Yoga also helps with the circulation of life force energy (prana) throughout the body while also instilling an attitude that allows you to more fully prepare for meditation. If you are like me and looking for a practice that cultivates calm, ease, and stillness, while promoting circulation in your muscles and tissues, consider joining me for this nourishing May series. Individual class recordings are available for $10 (includes poems).
