3) Make sure you have Zoom downloaded to your computer to attend session. Our Zoom link will be sent out the morning of 5/15 so its easy to find!
4) Have a yoga mat, two blocks, strap, blanket and bolster for class.

In this workshop, you will learn how to weave in traditional Ayurveda concepts, grow new home self-care routines, and design tasty weekly menus with super foods to keep you feeling your best as we shelter in and move forward into the ever changing world. 1:45-3:00pm (MST): Gentle Yet Powerful Yoga Practice with Melina (yoga practice)
Enjoy one of Melina’s unique Gentle classes, often filled with new variations of more traditional Hatha yoga postures to accommodate all levels of students. Classes have an emphasis on joint mobilization, core strength, balance, flexibility and breath awareness.
