Join us for this empowering and rejuvenating 15-hour immersion, where you’ll not only gain valuable insights on healthy aging but also nurture a positive outlook around the bountiful adventure of growing older. Our course offers a balanced mixture of presentations, yoga-based practices, experiential activities, and ample opportunities for engaging discussions. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, our Yoga for Healthy Aging 3.0 course welcomes all levels of experience.

Description

As with the original Yoga for Healthy Aging 30-hour immersion, there will be a balanced mixture of presentations, yoga-based practices, experiential opportunities, and time for questions. It is recommended, although not required, that you have either done our 30-hour program, or have read the book Yoga for Healthy Aging as a launching pad for our time together.

Friday 12/1
12:00-5:00pm (PT)

Saturday 12/2
8:30am-4:15pm (includes one-hour lunch break noon-1pm) (PT)

Sunday 12/3
8:30am-3:30pm (includes one-hour lunch break noon-1pm) (PT)

All sessions will be recorded and available to watch in Teachable through January 31, 2024.
15 RYT continuing education hours are available for this course.
